DESCRIPTION:Join us for our next Friday Morning Talk\, when we will be joined by George and Peter Summerfield. \nFrom their last minute escape from Germany and arrival in London just four days before the start of the second World War. George and Peter will talk about their memories of the changes war made in their lives from the anticipation of Nazi attacks\, along with the vital efforts needed to survive the months of bombing during the Blitz\, frequently spending nights in the London Underground – to the excitement at the end of the war\, and finally expressing their personal gratitude for survival in England. \nBy George and Peter Summerfield \nThis talk will take place onsite in the Museum’s Learning Centre and is included in Museum admission or Annual Membership.  \nAdvance booking required – please reserve your seat via the link below. \nReserve Your Place
